  18             to track support requests. We've set up two addresses
  19             to help seperate the two main types of requests.

  26             send an email to this address. Your message will be logged
  27             and one of the developers will get back to you with more
  28             information. Hopefully we'll be able to fix the bug.

  34             If you need some assistance with an i-scream program you
  35             should email this address. One of the developers will be
  36             able to help attempt to sort out you problem. Please make

  42             acknowledgement by email and details of how to view your
  43             tickets over the web.
