  78             libstatgrab is a library and tool set for acquiring system
  79             statistics from the operating system. An API is provided
  80             for other applications to easily accesses a variety of
  81             system statistics, including, amongst other things, CPU
  82             usage, VM usage, disk statistics, and network interface
  83             usage.

  86             A handful of tools are also provided to make this
  87             information more readily available to users. A curses based
  88             tool gives users a "top like" view of the current state of
  89             their system, and a "sysctl like" tool gives easy access to
  90             the statistics for other applications that can't easily
  91             used the C API.

  94             Finally scripts are provided to quickly setup MRTG to use
  95             libstatgrab for generating graphs of the available
  96             statistics.

 136             Monitoring System) project. Since then it's moved on to
 137             have other related projects, as well as the CMS.

 140             The CMS is no longer being developed. We are now putting
 141             our time into a new project redeveloping the CMS. We're
 142             taking the good ideas from the old CMS, improving some of
 143             the weaknesses, and we'll hopefully produce are far
 144             superior product.
