TODO:

• monitoring of users logging in & out
• web-based configuration system
• split ihost.pl and statgrab.pl more cleanly to allow expansion and plugins
• possibility of sending an OK alert during the timeout period, rather than at the end
• cleaner separation of some of the CORE functions (such as configuration and logging) as independent services
